About Seaside Grill
Seaside Grill is the newest summertime hot spot on Long Island. It is located adjacent to Hyatt Place in East End. The scenic views of the Peconic River are what keep guests coming back, not to mention the fabulous food options and events. Guests can see all the beautiful boats docked at Treasure Cover Resort Marina. Patrons are encouraged to enjoy lunch and views while staying cool under umbrellas. Seaside Grill also offers courtesy delivery to select addresses in the area.
The Boat Bar and Restaurant at Seaside Grill are open Thursday evenings from 4:00 to 10:00 p.m. Seaside Grill hosts a lobster bake every Thursday, and on select Thursdays, trivia and karaoke are available. On Friday and Saturday evenings, there is live music from 6:00 to 9:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday mornings and early afternoons are reserved for brunch. Live music is available on Sundays from 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. These are just a few regular events going on for guests to enjoy, so check out the website to stay up to date with the events at Seaside Grill.

Sean Fountaine is Seaside Grill’s executive chef. Sean has been sharing his culinary skills since 2000 with the opening of Atlantis Banquets and events. He graduated from Johnson and Whales University and collected many skills in renowned critically acclaimed restaurants in Nantucket, Palm Beach, New Orleans, and Memphis. Following these career-building restaurants, Sean started his restaurant in Hampton Bays.
He earned the Certified Executive Chef status from the American Culinary Federation in 2005. Sean also has a passion for teaching. In his free time, Sean is a professor at Suffolk County Community College in the Culinary Arts Department. He specializes in food safety and international cuisine. In recent events, Chef Fountaine was elected secretary of the Eastern Long Island Chapter of the American Culinary Federation.
